Important Information About Your Registration

CANCELLATION POLICY: The Canadian Physicians for Research and Education in Peace (C-PREP) and the Physicians for Global Survival (PGS) reserve the right to cancel this event due to insufficient registrations or circumstances beyond its control. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. If the event is cancelled by C-PREP and PGS, registration fees will be refunded in full, however C-PREP and PGS will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.

REFUND POLICY: Requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to the Conference Organizing Committee at info@pegasusconference.ca. You must mention if you are part of any sessions, and indicate your intent to withdraw as well. Your intent to cancel must be received in writing 15 business days prior to the programme date, Monday, May 2nd, 2016. All payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is received in writing on or by May 2nd, 2016 (11:59p.m., eastern time). A full refund less a 20% processing fee for cancellations received on or before this date will be processed and issued after the conference. C-PREP and PGS regret that refunds cannot be offered after the notice of cancellation deadline. Receipts will be issued on the day of the conference.

TAX RECEIPTS: Please note, if you are a foreign delegate and require a special tax receipt for your registration costs, requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Organizing Committee at info@pegasusconferecnce.ca and must include all necessary personal information and valid forwarding address. Special requests for tax receipts will be processed and mailed after the conference.

SPECIAL NEEDS: Please note that while we will try our best to accommodate all requests, registrants and guests are responsible for ensuring that their special dietary needs are met. Any additional costs incurred to meet special dietary requirements may be invoiced to the registrant. For other special requirements, such as wheelchair access, please advise us in advance in order to make the necessary arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE: *A photographer may be taking casual photos at conference events to be used in related publications. Your participation at this event indicates your consent to be photographed. ** All abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and online. Submission of an abstract implies permission to publish. ***If you submitted an abstract for a paper or poster, you are responsible for the content of your abstract, title and authors, please review your abstract and make necessary edits. You may return to the submission console to edit your abstract. Thank you for your registration.
